Catalog description

Examines theory and clinical practice of oral radiographic methods. Presents history and development of x- radiation; properties and uses of x-radiation; radiation hygiene; exposing, processing and mounting of intraoral and extraoral films; and identification of radiographic anatomic landmarks. Lecture: 1.5 credits (22.5 contact hours). Laboratory: 0.5 credits (30 contact hours).
