Catalog description

Introduces the student to CAD (Computer Aided Drafting), CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems, CNC format, the Cartesian Coordinate System, CNC codes and manual programming, and setup and operation procedures for CNC machine tools. Lecture: 2.0 credits (30 contact hours); Laboratory: 4.0 credits (120 contact hours).
