Catalog description

Emphasizes how to research and identify funding opportunities while assessing an organization's grant readiness (including culture, strategic alignment, and leadership) to pursue grants. Explores public and private funding trends, funder guidelines, and strategies to match appropriate funding opportunities with specific programs and projects utilizing national standards of ethical practice. Examines the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools to support grant research, proposal development, and grant management tasks. Corequisite(s): BAS 110 or consent of instructor. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours).
