Catalog description

Introduces the knowledge and applications of proper methods and fundamentals of architectural construction, with a focus on residential construction documentation. Provides instruction on drafting conventions that utilize basic hand drafting tools and computer-aided drafting techniques. Note: First course of a four-semester studio sequence. Lecture: 2 credits (30 contact hours). Laboratory: 1 credit (45 contact hours).
