Catalog description

The Orthopedic Surgery 4th year sub-internship provides students an opportunity to broaden their professional education by providing direct patient care, with internship-like responsibilities. This rotation is designed to provide students with clinical exposure, observation, and training to further their understanding withing the field of orthopedic surgery. A combination of office and surgical settings will be part of the experience. The student will witness ample joint replacements and other surgical interventions.
