Catalog description

The Neurosurgery 4th year sub-internship provides students an opportunity to broaden their professional education by providing direct patient care, with internship-like responsibilities. This rotation is designed to provide students with clinical exposure, observation, and training to further their understanding withing the field of neurosurgery. These experiences will take place in a clinical office and hospital/operative setting. Both spine surgery and intracranial surgery make up the bulk of the clinical experience.
