History-taking and physical examination skills continue to evolve, with an emphasis on applying these techniques to organ system pathology and clinical reasoning. Students build upon foundational procedural skills, practicing them with increasing complexity. Documentation and oral case presentation skills are further refined, and POCUS training is integrated to align with system-specific MEDE content.
