Catalog description

The Pediatric Endocrinology Sub-I provides medical students with a comprehensive understanding of the diagnosis and management of hormonal disorders in children and adolescents. This rotation emphasizes the unique aspects of pediatric endocrinology, including growth and development, metabolic disorders, and the management of endocrine diseases. Students will engage in direct patient care, participate in clinical evaluations, and observe diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a pediatric endocrinology setting. Through hands-on experiences, case discussions, and interdisciplinary collaboration, students will develop the skills necessary to provide effective endocrine care to pediatric patients.
