Catalog description

The Pediatric Clerkship is a core clerkship experience in which students will care for children in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting. Students will be expected to take histories, perform physicals, and interact with patients and their families. Students will be involved in providing acute, chronic, and preventive care. In addition, students will participate in didactic sessions throughout the clerkship.
