Catalog description

The Clinical Pathology 4th Year Sub-Internship provides a more thorough and in-depth exposure to the field of Pathology functioning with internship-like responsibilities. The rotation is designed to provide students with exposure, observation, and training in the field of pathology. Students will learn to evaluate clinical specimens from many different tissue categories and disease processes. The critical importance of this field to making the correct diagnosis and initiating the appropriate treatment plan will be emphasized.
