Catalog description
The Gynecologic Oncology Sub-I provides medical students with an in-depth understanding of the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cancers affecting the female reproductive system, including ovarian, uterine, cervical, and vulvar cancers. This rotation emphasizes the interdisciplinary approach to patient care, integrating surgical, medical, and supportive therapies. Students will engage in clinical practice, participate in surgical procedures, and learn about the latest advancements in gynecologic oncology. Through direct patient interactions and case discussions, students will develop the skills necessary to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to women with gynecologic malignancies.
