Catalog description

Cardiovascular System Course is an integrated multidisciplinary course emphasizing fundamental knowledge necessary to understand the normal function of the Cardiovascular System. The course is presented using lectures, interactive case-based clinical correlation, clinical scenarios, and assigned self-directed study. It is designed to provide the student with an overview of the cardiovascular system, including the aberrant processes that lead to cardiovascular functional defects and disease processes.
