Catalog description

The Infectious Disease 4th Year Rotation Elective provides a more thorough and in-depth exposure to the field of infectious disease. Students will gain exposure to human-host pathogen interactions and microbial pathogenesis. Students will have opportunities to recognize the immune response to infectious diseases with conventional and alternative antimicrobial treatment. The student will also gain exposure to inpatient consultation.
