Catalog description

The Cardiology Clerkship is an internal medicine subspecialty experience designed to provide students with clinical exposure, observation, and training in the field of cardiology. Students will gain exposure to outpatient cardiology, cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, electrophysiology, and inpatient cardiac care. The knowledge gained in this rotation will complement that gained in the internal medicine clerkship.
