These issues include American Psychological Association ethical standards, privacy issues, confidentiality, mental health codes, mental health law and legislation, licensure, ethical standards in research, confidentiality in insurance and managed care contexts, and ethical standards in private practice, schools, hospitals and clinics, community settings, and government.
