Graduate capstone course that requires integration of knowledge gained in prior functional coursework and application of strategic management concepts to develop value-creating solutions to business challenges. Students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and analyze strategic issues, formulate strategic plans, and implement strategic initiatives within organizations.
