Practicum in Leadership for Conflict Transformation

Catalog description

In this capstone seminar, participants will explore culminating perspectives and reflect on learning related to leadership, conflict transformation, and change. Participants will complete a final portfolio representing a trajectory of learning. They will synthesize key learning from the program, describe practical implications from prior learning, and design future application goals to support the practice of leadership, conflict transformation, and change in their personal lives and professional careers.
