Catalog description

This course examines theories and approaches to leadership through a systems lens, a critical approach to leading complex organizations and addressing global challenges. Learners will develop an in-depth understanding of systems dynamics and gain skills necessary to navigate and influence systems effectively. The course will equip learners with capacities to catalyze, enable, and support processes of systems-level change in their own organizations and society.
