Catalog description

Preparing people for leadership in a diverse and changing world requires new thinking and approaches to leadership learning and development. Learners will explore philosophies, frameworks, and strategies for designing, delivering, and assessing leadership courses and programs in educational (curricular and co-curricular), workplace, and civic contexts. Learners will develop a philosophy of leadership teaching statement and create a contextually and culturally relevant curricular design document (e.g., class syllabus or program outline). We will serve and attract learners who are working in the field of leadership studies and programs, or aspiring leadership educators.
