Strengths Peer Coach Practicum

Catalog description

This course is designed to help students develop the skill of coaching within the context of strengths-based leadership while serving as a strengths peer coach. Additional frameworks will include research on employee engagement, well-being, and positive psychology. Students will participate in training, peer observations, weekly seminars, reflections, and debriefs around the peer coaching experience. Students will also apply their coaching skills by holding weekly peer coaching sessions.
