Catalog description

This course develops applied skills in designing, progressing, and evaluating exercise programs for diverse populations. Students will integrate scientific foundations and training methods into structured, evidence-based plans that address strength, power, endurance, and performance goals. Emphasis is placed on periodization models, progression strategies, and balancing training variables (intensity, volume, frequency). Students will practice writing, critiquing, and adapting programs to optimize performance outcomes and client success.
