Introduces key dimensions of well-being (e.g. physical, psychological, social, financial, and community). Students will explore personal strengths, assess behaviors and habits, set goals, and build practical skills to plan for lifelong well-being. Emphasis is placed on understanding influences on well-being and accessing resources for informed decision-making.
