Catalog description
This interdisciplinary, experiential-learning course prepares undergraduate students to collaboratively address real-world agricultural challenges in global contexts. Students work in teams on a project provided by an international organization focused on issues such as food insecurity, clean water, crop or animal production, or sustainable development. The course culminates in international travel, where students collaborate with global scientists and present their final projects on-site.
