Catalog description

Theory and application of the various strategies commonly used for strength and conditioning techniques and prescription, movement strategy and preventative care, ergonomic assessment, and use of biometrics and physiological data for preventative and performance intervention prescription. This course is a study of applied injury prevention and performance enhancement techniques used in the profession of athletic training.
