Catalog description
This course introduces methods for assessing nutritional status in individuals and populations. Students will explore dietary, anthropometric, biochemical, and clinical approaches to evaluate nutrition-related health risks and outcomes. Emphasis is placed on understanding how these methods work together to inform nutrition care. Through lectures and hands-on laboratory experiences, students will gain practical skills using tools and techniques for collecting and interpreting nutritional data.
