Insect Molecular Techniques

Catalog description

Hands-on experience with basic molecular biology techniques used in understanding insect biology and physiology, including nucleic acid isolation, polymerase chain reaction, RNA interference, and analysis of experimental results. Students will conduct an individual research project and presentation.
