Designed to review and incorporate the tenets of a leadership framework for designing a desired transformation in a community college or district. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify, describe, and design the key components for planning, implementing, and evaluating an institutional transformation initiative to address a complex issue relevant to the college/district and the communities, state, or region it serves.
