Introduces students to the process, models, and theories of change with the goal of increasing students’ effectiveness in dealing with multiple aspects of personal and organizational change, inclusive of understanding conditions that may require change, increasing awareness of multiple ways that organizations change, understanding the role of change agents, as well as understanding and managing resistance to change.
