Catalog description

Examines through adult education principles and techniques, training and development in relation to adult learning and as one of the central functions of human resource development (HRD). The focus of the course will be on expanding the students’ knowledge related to organizational learning and learning organizations from educational principles; training and development concepts, frameworks, methods, and processes; and planning data-informed learning, training, and development programs, with a particular focus on adult education context.
