Effective Leadership and Theory

Catalog description

Students will be introduced to leadership issues in higher education through individual, interpersonal, team, and leadership theory and practical applications. Acentral premise of this course is to examine effective leadership practices and theories as lenses for examining leadership issues and comparing and contrasting practical applications in community colleges and competencies by their leaders while considering the terrain in which they function.
