Technical Communication for International Students

Catalog description

Addresses the needs of non-native English speakers studying in the STEM fields. Introduces technical vocabulary, conventions, forms of documents, and practices of written, oral and online technical communication in the United States. Grammar and pronunciation support provided as needed. Student portfolio will include a resume, project proposal, memos, technical report, poster presentation, and personal website.
