Catalog description

This course focuses upon the application of data structures and associated algorithms to the development of software applications. Topics include interfaces, design patterns, arrays, stacks, queues, lists, trees, hash tables, graphs, recursion, data structure search and traversals, and dynamic programming. The software design patterns related to graphical applications is emphasized. Programming assignments are a required part of this course.
