Catalog description

This course introduces students to the evolution of game engine technology and its role in modern interactive media and real-time applications. Students will learn core game engine concepts, terminology, architecture, and contemporary integrations across industries while examining how engines power simulation, XR, and digital experiences. The course also covers fundamental physics principles—including motion, collision, forces, and rigid-body dynamics—used to create believable behavior in interactive environments.
