Systems Project Management

Catalog description

This course will steer students through advanced project management that includes both techniques in application portfolio management (APM) and project portfolio management (PPM). Students will construct a Scope Statement, Statement of Work (SoW), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Students practice Project Evaluation and Review Techniques (PERT) and learn the Critical Path Method (CPM). Lastly, they will examine and evaluate the project progression by applying Earned Value Management (EVM).
