Leadership in the Aerospace Sector

Catalog description

An exploration of the theories of leadership and critical issues facing aerospace sector leadership in the coming decades. Concepts of resilience, contingencies, communication, collaboration, ethics, strategic planning, failure/recovery, and cultural transformation will be explored. At the end of this course students will understand and appreciate the differences between effective and ineffective leaders.
