Introduces interpretation and application of aircraft technical drawings used in aviation maintenance. Emphasizes reading and analyzing assembly, detail, and installation drawings; identification of lines, symbols, dimensions, tolerances, revisions, and bills of materials; and extraction of technical data necessary to perform maintenance in accordance with FAA approved documentation. Includes foundational computer aided drafting concepts.
