Catalog description

Comprehensive study of aircraft electrical and electronic fundamentals aligned with FAA Airman Certification Standards under Fundamentals of Electricity and Electronics. Emphasizes DC and AC circuit theory, electrical laws, magnetism, capacitance, inductance, electrical measurement, aircraft batteries, protective devices, semiconductors, digital logic, and interpretation of aircraft electrical schematics. Students perform measurements, troubleshooting, inspection, and servicing procedures using approved maintenance data and industry-standard practices.
