Emphasizes the privileges and limitations of certificated maintenance personnel and the application of Federal Aviation Regulations in aviation maintenance activities. Topics include basic weight and balance principles, maintenance record entries, interpretation of graphs and charts, and the use of FAA and manufacturer maintenance publications such as specifications, data sheets, manuals, Airworthiness Directives, and Advisory material.
