Catalog description

Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. Objectives are proficiency-based or characterized as task knowledge or performance. It is required to teach all lesson objectives and track the proficiency level for each student using the AFROTC-approved LLAB Objectives Tracker. LLAB objectives may be presented throughout the academic year in any order. Proficiency levels defined for each objective are based on the minimum skill level required for successful completion.
