Emotional Intelligence

Catalog description

This course focuses on cultivating core emotional intelligence (EI) competencies, self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, within professional and organizational contexts. Students will develop the interpersonal and reflective skills necessary for effective teamwork, ethical leadership, and client engagement. Graduate students will engage in advanced application through research, analysis, and instructional design.
