Catalog description

Intensive study and research under faculty direction including the writing of a thesis. Enrollment may be split between two semesters, but no grade will be given until completion of the thesis. Admission to honors candidacy is open only to majors who have shown a marked capability for independent study and have completed either SOC 280 or SOC 480. Satisfies: Goal 6 Outcome 1 (AE61) , Capstone (CAP) , Honors
