This course offers an in-depth look at the fundamentals of manufacturing and service process design, planning, and management. It covers techniques for efficient supply chain management, including demand forecasting, production process, inventory optimization, and managing service variability. Students are introduced to contemporary topics like digital transformation and sustainability in supply chains. By providing the essential knowledge and skills, the course equips students for careers in manufacturing, operations, and consulting. Not open to students with credit in SCM 401. Prerequisite: Corequisite: SCM 310 (or SCM 311). Enrollment restricted.
