This competency unit encompasses the principles and practical application of strategies to preemptively address and manage potential risks within project environments. This competency unit arms project managers with the essential knowledge and advanced skills necessary to develop comprehensive mitigation plans tailored to each identified risk and execute risk monitoring protocols. It also equips them to implement mitigation strategies effectively as required, recognize early warning signs, and establish trigger events to manage project risks efficiently.
