Catalog description

Students will gain understanding of the ACOTE requirements, planning, implementation, and dissemination phases of the entry-level doctoral capstone experience (DCE). Students will explore and identify a site that aligns with individual interests and KU OTE. Students will gain experience in the development of evidence-based scholarly presentations that articulate the value and role of occupational therapy in health or community settings to share with the potential capstone site. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all prior coursework required by the OTDE curriculum.
