Catalog description
This course is designed to provide students with a psychological and philosophical foundations of business ethics, which includes the ability to recognize ethical problems, exposure to many of the ethically sensitive issues facing corporations and managers in business and examining how to reach closure on ethical problems. Students will examine the role of ethics in the relation of business to employees, consumers, and society. Students will explore ethical positions in case study analyses, investigate ethical issues in their own professional lives, and develop and present their solutions for typical ethical problems faced by managers in organizations.
