Catalog description

This selective is designed to provide advanced experience to the student in the diagnosis and management of neurologic diseases and disorders. It is expected that the student will participate at a resident’s level of responsibility, participates directly in patient care and the experience includes one week of neurology inpatient service. The combination of experiences in outpatient and inpatient settings will help prepare students who may be pursing a neurology or related specialty residency. Prerequisite: NEUR 900 or equivalent.
