This course explores the study and practical application of theoretical models and supervisory roles relevant to clinical supervision in music therapy. Emphasis is placed on integrating supervised practice or observation of supervision sessions into the curriculum. Students will examine developmental levels pertinent to supervisors and practicum students. Additionally, participants will define personal goals and cultivate a philosophical orientation to supervision, fostering a reflective and intentional approach to their supervisory practice.
