Students explore methods for collecting, organizing, cleaning, and examining data generated by assessment tools. This competency emphasizes aligning analytic approaches with the evaluation's goals, making ethical and rigorous decisions about data use, and clearly explaining the relationships among research questions, available data, and chosen methods of analysis across diverse contexts.
