Catalog description

This Homeland Security course will cover Federal Laws and Regulations, and Executive Orders, relevant to addressing international terrorism and specifically terrorism finance issues. These laws and regulations are also addressed in two case studies that will be covered during the course that demonstrate how the U.S. Government and the USIC investigated and charged defendants in terrorism finance cases. Prerequisite: Permission required from the Director of Homeland Security: Law and Policy Program.
