Catalog description

This course provides an overview of enterprise systems, with a special emphasis on enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Students learn useful topics related to process integration of business-wide functions (controlling, production planning, demand management, sales and logistics) as required and supported by ERP implementations. Coursework may involve hands-on experience leading to a broader understanding of ERP systems as an enabler of business process integration within an organization. Not open to students with credit in SCM 404 or IST 401. Prerequisite: BSAN 310 (or BSAN 311). Enrollment restricted.
